Working principle:
The ammonia gas is heated to a certain temperature after gasification. Under the action of catalyst, ammonia is decomposed into hydrogen-nitrogen mixture gas. The chemical equation of ammonia decomposition is as follows: 2NH3 = 3H2 + N2-22080 calories, that is, 1 kg of liquid ammonia under standard conditions.Complete decomposition can produce a mixture of 2.64Nm hydrogen and nitrogen. According to the chemical equation, the decomposition gas consists of 75% H2 and 25% N2. The decomposition pressure is determined by the pressure of imported ammonia, and the pressure difference is less than 0.05 Pa. After heat exchange and cooling,the decomposed mixture gas enters the dryer to participate in the deep adsorption drying of ammonia and trace water, thus producing pure hydrogen-nitrogen mixture.

Thicker insulation layer is adopted. It has slow heat dissipation, non-hot outside wall of heating furnace and high energy saving efficiency.
5、long life
Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant stainless steel tube without oxide skin at 900 C is used as decomposition furnace gallbladder material. Inconel 600 tube or Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant stainless steel tube with double and thicker structure is used as ammonia feeding pipe, i.e. ammonia distribution pipe, with long service life.
