The oxygen in nitrogen was removed by the principle that carbon deoxidizer reacted with oxygen to produce carbon dioxide at the temperature of 260-280 ℃.
Deoxidizer burns well and is not easy to plug. The structure of the double deaerator ensures that the resistance of the system is small, and when the resistance increases, the system alarms and switches automatically.
The deoxidizer is excellent. The resistance drop of the whole system is very small by using the two-tower deoxidizer technology. The standby deoxidizer is equipped. When replacing the deoxidizer, there is no need to stop and switch automatically.
The pressure drop of the system is less than 0.05 MPa, and the deoxidation depth is excellent, ensuring that the oxygen content is less than 5 ppm.
