Technical Advantages of Catalysts
Because its carrier contains about 10% titanium, it has higher activity, stability, poisoning resistance, high temperature resistance and long life compared with the traditional catalyst supported by alumina. At present, the product has been successfully applied in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, electronics, medicine and other industries.
Catalyst activity is high: there is a unique strong interaction between Pd and Ti, which is affinity. In the process of catalyst production, when the Pd ion in solution touches the carrier Ti, a firm binding mode can be established instantly, and there is almost no loss of Pd. In addition, the crystalline form of the carrier containing titanium oxide is stable, and there are no more active centers. The titanium atoms are at the same energy level and competitive, which makes the distribution of palladium atoms on the surface of the carrier more uniform. The above two conditions are the main reasons for the high activity of the catalyst.
High temperature resistance of catalysts: Pd/Ti has a unique strong interaction between affinity, although the application of high thermal energy, Pd atoms are still not “cascade”, “no flow, no coalescence”. The maximum heat resistance of the catalyst can reach 650 C, and it can run steadily for a long time.
Catalyst anti-poisoning: There is a unique strong interaction between Pd and Ti, which is both affinity and emotional specificity. It is not easy to be disturbed by the external environment. It has strong anti-CL-, NH3, S, CO and other poisoning capabilities. It runs steadily under various operating conditions, such as chlor-alkali hydrogen, water electrolysis hydrogen, ammonia decomposition hydrogen, methanol cracking hydrogen, coal gas and so on.
The catalyst has high mechanical strength, good permeability and low system resistance. The catalyst carrier is developed and manufactured by our company and provides special support for O-HT deoxidization catalyst. By rolling ball forming, the mechanical strength can reach 96N/grain. It not only improves the distribution of active components, but also improves the activity of the catalyst and reduces the resistance of the system.
Catalyst hydrophobicity: The surface area and pore volume of the catalyst carrier are very small, and there is no water absorption space, which is conducive to the continuous and stable operation of the catalyst.
Catalyst weight reduction: Compared with the previous generation of titanium oxide carrier catalyst, the new product has much lighter weight, increased the use volume, and greatly saved the purchase cost for customers.
