Working principle:
Carbon molecular sieve is a kind of carbon adsorbent. It is a porous material consisting of carbon. Its pore structure model is disorderly carbon accumulation structure. Carbon molecular sieves are non-stoichiometric compounds whose important properties are based on their microporous structure. Its ability to separate air depends on the different diffusion rates of various gases in the air in the micropore of carbon molecular sieves, or different adsorption forces, or both effects at the same time.
Under certain pressure, using the difference of oxygen and nitrogen adsorption on the surface of carbon molecular sieve in air, that is, the diffusion adsorption of oxygen on carbon molecular sieve is much larger than that of nitrogen, the opening and closing of pneumatic valve group can be controlled by programmable program to achieve the cycling process of alternating pressure adsorption and decompression desorption of two towers, complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen, and obtain the required purity of nitrogen.
